Getting Started

Follow this Guide to Get Your Tracker Working!

To get started, please use a computer or laptop (not a phone) to complete the first 3 steps of this guide in your web browser.
Once your account and tracker are set up, you can download the mobile app to track on the go!

Step 1: Create an account (skip this step if you have one already)

Open your browser (use a computer, not the phone) and go to:
https://easy-track.cloud

Click on the “Create a new account” button and fill in your information. Then click “Sign Up.”

Check your email inbox (and your SPAM or Junk folder, just in case) for a message to verify your email address.

Click the verification link in the email. Once your email is confirmed, you’ll be able to log in to the platform and continue with the setup.

Step 2: Register your tracker

Open the main menu by clicking the Hamburger icon (three horizontal lines at the top left corner of the screen).
Tip: Click the Hamburger icon again to hide the menu and give yourself more space.

Select “My Trackers” from the menu, then click on “Register your Tracker.”

On the registration page:

Leave the default settings for Tracker Type (MT710) and Data Type (SerialNumber).
Enter your Tracker ID (15-digit number found on the back label).

Choose a Label (a name for your tracker — you can change it later if needed).

Click “Register Device” and wait for a green confirmation message to briefly appear.

Step 3: Select a Subscription plan

Click the Hamburger icon (three horizontal lines at the top left) to open the side menu, then select “My Account.” Under “My Plans,” you’ll see your current subscriptions. Select a tracker and choose a Subscription Plan to purchase. (Click on “Refresh” button if Payment options don’t show up).

Click the “Buy Subscription” button. A new browser tab will open to complete your secure payment.

Once the payment is complete, close the payment tab and return to the platform. Click the “Refresh” button to update and view your subscription details.
